whats the name of the web program zombiemod.com uses? phpbb for /forums and what for the site?

looking at the source code, its looks just like normal php

also it says : Site Design by Blade0

There is no application behind the website.

My brother (Blade0) created the initial layout/images, and I coded the PHP backend.
The news page just reads sql rows from the phpBB sql database, as does the map downloads page.
The rest is just basic PHP.
