Whenever I do ma_cexec #all zombie_respawn I get spectator players... Like there still in spectate but playing

When teh spectator player turns into zombie, they do not have a knife, there arms are straight out and cannot do anything

its much much much worse that that, they are in noclip, but if they go into a body of a other person they stop them from moving as they are solid to other clients. so a spammer can just type zombie respawn whislt a spec, then fly inside people and block them from moving.
