Run only When I say

I was wondering if there was a way to get the zombie mod to only run when I RCON the command zombie_mode 1. It automatically starts with my server now and I wanted to make it a mod for my server and not have my server be 24/7 Zombie mod. Thanks!

Well,

I would suppose you could first put zombie_mode 0 in your /cfg/zombiemod/zombiemod.cfg and then server will start with the plugin loaded (I believe in RUN state), but zombie ffa will be off. Then if you use Mani, add the rcon zombie_mode 1 and rcon zombie_mode 0 in your /cfg/mani-admin-plugin/rconlist.txt and since you would most likely be a mani admin, then you can select and turn/off zombiemod with that?

uhhhhh...i don't use this and don't plan to, so no it's not tested, you try, and who gives a flying flip if you have players? just do it...bounce server if you have to, you are not going to hurt anyones feelings. i'm sure this will work

zombie_mode should not be included in ANY config files.
I stressed this in its help string.

zombie_startup 0 in config file.
