What about that roof at CT spawn, the house with the truck that is on his side.Alot of humans keep camping there.Perhaps make it easier to access.

the roof are only can entered by zombies, when the humans are sleeping

Make a hole in the roof with a ladder going into the house, then zombies can try going up the roof through both ways

there is no backdoor to get the roof
you make it some harder for zombies

make some more camping spots for CTs ...
