Freeze Exploit and Gun in spectator

If you do zombie_respawn to a human you are spectating he'll become frozen. Also if you do zombie respawn while in spectator to a human sometimes you'll get his weapon and fly around in spectator with a shotgun. I have a demo that I will be uploading later of this.
