Flashlight World View

I was wondering what mod/plugin/command or something that it takes to be able to see other peopls flashlights where they are pointing it at. I saw it on the HL2land.com ZM server but I couldn't get ahold of anyone there to ask them about it.

Thats no plugin - if you're on a map thats dark enough - or have zombie_dark enabled, most likely you will be able to see other player's flashlights.
