Help cant, get it installed

ok i copy all folders where it goes, instell meta mod self installer, and then i dont know wat to do, i click create a server, and im clueless, wats the commands for console, u know how zombiehorde is zh_zomhealth , wat its for zombie mod, PLZ HELP ME< I WANT TO INSTALL IT , installion inst dont help

if you dont even have a server, dont even try to install it. Go play at other zombie servers instead
