How to unrestric smoke?

I cant unrestric smoke, in my zombie restriction, i have m241, flash...
But not smoke, so why smoke is not permited.. we can buy it, but we cant use it

any other mods? like estools? estools has nemod like restrictions on weapons so if maybe that might be it? or maybe another admin tools etc.

When i buy it, its ok, when i select it, ok, but 1 millisecond after, i drop it..
