Is there some trick to jumping that I cannot figure out? For example, the box by the wrecked cargo container in lila_panic seems impossible for me to get on, yet many people are quite capable on thier own. I've tried and tried every combination of movement and keys and timing, and I just cannot figure it out.

hit the jump + duck keys at the same time. hold it the whole time til you reach up to it.

if you miss the first time wait a sec or two so you can jump the highest

Ah, I realised I was using a slight delay between pressing the jump and crouch buttons.

or bind a full jump key, using duck and jump
