ZombieMod 4.0

i've detect a new bug

on zombie jetpack enabled maps
there have unlimited jetpack *lol*
(after a time the server is online e.g. 6 or 7 days)

i have give jetpack 4 10 seconds, but zombies fly 3 minutes ore longer ...

the only way to fix, is an complete server restart

I don't have any problems, but the highest jetpack that i have given is 2sec.
