ZombieMod 4.0

I've heard you can edit maps with Garry's Mod, add objects, etc... to maps, but can you save this and play this on actual servers or is this only just to mess around with the maps urself ? If you could save it and play it like you edit it on servers it would be great ! Fog, etc... can be added with it in no time.

Not in it's current version, no and I doubt it with v10.
