Download this: http://lex.urldownload.com/downloads/th ... zombie.rar and extract to \cstrike\models\player\zh folder

then add this line to \cstrike\cfg\zombiemod\models.cfg

models/player/zh/zh_corpse002

That should actually do it, it it doesn't, then let me know.
